The legs need to be beveled to fit the product during hot melting and must be smooth to ensure no wire drawing occurs on the hot-melted product.<br> 3.The power of the heating core should match the size of the copper part in the upper mold, and the heating temperature should be automatically constant and adjustable.<br> 4.The pressure-holding hot melting time after the cylinder presses down is adjustable.<br> 5.The heating area shall be equipped with protection to prevent scalding from accidental contact.<br> 6.A light curtain protection device shall be installed to prevent crushing injuries.
1.This is a hot melt pressing fixture for the upper and lower covers of fan blades. It is used to assemble the upper and lower covers of the fan together. Place the assembled covers on the fixture, then the cylinder starts to press and fix the product first. After that, the cylinders of the upper and lower hot melt heads start to press against the product. The hot melt heads align with each hole of the product to fix the upper and lower covers via hot melting. The upper and lower hot melt heads can be controlled independently to adjust the temperature, and the hot melt pressing time is adjustable.<br> 2.The fixture must be equipped with anti-scald protection and a matching power adapter.
