1.This is a hot melt pressing fixture for the upper and lower covers of fan blades. It is used to assemble the upper and lower covers of the fan together. Place the assembled covers on the fixture, then the cylinder starts to press and fix the product first. After that, the cylinders of the upper and lower hot melt heads start to press against the product. The hot melt heads align with each hole of the product to fix the upper and lower covers via hot melting. The upper and lower hot melt heads can be controlled independently to adjust the temperature, and the hot melt pressing time is adjustable.
