1.This is a hot melt pressing fixture for the upper and lower covers of fan blades. It is used to assemble the upper and lower covers of the fan together. Place the assembled covers on the fixture, then the cylinder starts to press and fix the product first. After that, the cylinders of the upper and lower hot melt heads start to press against the product. The hot melt heads align with each hole of the product to fix the upper and lower covers via hot melting. The upper and lower hot melt heads can be controlled independently to adjust the temperature, and the hot melt pressing time is adjustable.<br> 2.The fixture must be equipped with anti-scald protection and a matching power adapter.
A base and support are made of Bakelite. A top mold with positioning slots is made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) on the top. When the product is placed into the base, it can be clamped to prevent the product from rotating during screw locking. This keeps the product stable, facilitating the locking of the two screws on the upper and lower parts.
A base tray is made of Bakelite, and a base is made of POM (Polyoxymethylene). The base has a positioning slot inside; when the product is placed into the base, it can be clamped (as indicated by the arrow in the figure) to prevent the product from rotating during screw locking. This ensures the product is stably positioned for easy locking of the two upper screws.
A tray is to be made to place the M3 face shells for easy dispensing. The tray must be drilled with positioning pin holes to facilitate placement on the dispensing machine table. The dispensing machine table has two types of hole distances, and the tray must be compatible with both. Referring to the machine table documents, only a few positioning holes need to be made on the tray.
