ICT is a testing mechanism designed to evaluate and verify individual components on a printed circuit board assembly (PCBA). It aims to detect defects or failures at the component level, preventing them from escalating into system-level failures.

A wave-soldering fixture is a type of soldering-furnace fixture, primarily referring to the fixture used in the wave-soldering process to hold the PCB board as it passes through the soldering furnace and completes the soldering operation. We often also call it a reflow-soldering fixture.
For SMD components with soldering surfaces, dispensing adhesive can be eliminated, thereby reducing production inconveniences, simplifying the manufacturing process, and improving production efficiency. Additionally, this approach minimizes deformation caused by the substrate passing through the soldering oven and reduces static electricity. The components also exhibit excellent resistance to chemical corrosion.
