Position and fix the product's suction port to the left. Press both start buttons simultaneously to extend the air cylinder.

The air cylinder uses a 24V solenoid valve, which requires a matching power adapter. (Two thick thimbles must be installed and a plug for the suction port must be properly made.) Additionally, the cylinder shall maintain this extended state with an automatic delay (delay time adjustable from 0 to 60 seconds). The air cylinder will drive the two thick thimbles to make contact with the product's charging contacts.

Lead wires from the thimbles should be connected to a 50W 15-ohm power resistor. The air cylinder drives the suction port plug to press against the product's suction port (the front end of the plug is open, an air pressure module is installed inside the plug, and an air tube is led out to connect a manometer; proper sealing must be ensured to test the product's suction force).

If the suction force fails to reach the set value, the fixture will trigger an alarm. Two positions are reserved above the suction port plug for installing infrared receiving modules. An AC socket and a power switch are mounted on the right side of the fixture, and a 2-meter-long power cord is provided to facilitate power supply connection for the product.

The air outlet at the back shall not be blocked. A box is installed on the left side of the fixture to hold the fixture test board and a display screen; additionally, one DC socket, one power switch, and two start buttons are installed here.
