K5Pro Ultra Complete Machine TOF Calibration Fixture


1.The calibration fixture box has a size of 27CM (side length) × 27CM (side length) × 110CM (length). A square wooden block of 4.5CM × 4.5CM is installed 100CM inside the box; the wooden block is fixed with two steel wires and can be moved and fixed along the wires. A movable door is installed on the side of the box (via an opening) to facilitate adjusting the position of the wooden block.
2.The end of the box shall be closed, and a tray is installed at the front end of the box for placing the sweeper horizontally. The TOF lens at the front of the sweeper shall be aligned with the center of the small wooden block inside the box.
3.Two thick thimbles are installed on the tray at the positions corresponding to the charging contacts under the sweeper. When the sweeper is placed on the tray, the thimbles can touch the charging contacts. Meanwhile, the thimbles shall not lift the sweeper up, and the sweeper must be kept horizontal. A DC socket is also installed on the tray.
