    Usually, you’ll need to provide four types of documents:
    1. PCB file (in CAD or GERBER format, which can be opened). If no file is available, please provide the PCB for reverse engineering.
    2. Take photos of the PCB with components, showing the front, side, and bottom views, and mark the heights of the tallest DIP components.
    3. Please use the drawing tool to mark the needle insertion point on the image.
    4. Provide solid boards and empty boards.

    If you have other manufacturing requirements—for example, if the fixture needs to accommodate a power switch, socket, display screen, test board, or similar components—your sample must include physical samples or dimension drawings of the accessories.     Feature Description

      

    During the PCB manufacturing process, it is necessary to position the product components. However, most common components are thin and have small dimensions, making them difficult to clamp securely during machining. After machining is complete, the machined surfaces also need to be coated with a protective layer. The excessively thin thickness of these components further complicates the clamping process for coating operations. As a result, it becomes essential to fabricate dedicated fixtures tailored specifically to each product. Each product must correspond precisely to its designated fixture, and different fixtures must be used for the machining and coating processes separately, thereby increasing production costs.

    As a result, manufacturers would incur substantial costs for fixtures. Given the wide variety of part sizes, many fixtures end up being discarded after only a single use—each fixture is designed to serve just one specific machining or coating operation, which does not align with manufacturers' economic interests.

     

    Product Introduction

        The multi-specification product spraying fixture includes several splicing components, connecting parts, and spraying molds.
