V. Instructions for Use
Installation Preparation

PCB board loading
Open the fixture’s clamping mechanism, accurately place the PCB board onto the fixture according to the positioning marks, and then close the clamping mechanism to ensure the PCB board is securely fastened.
Enter the wave soldering equipment.
Gently place the fixture loaded with the PCB board onto the conveyor track of the wave soldering equipment, taking care to adjust the conveyor speed and soldering parameters.
Welding completed
After the soldering process is complete, remove the fixture from the wave soldering equipment, open the clamping device, and carefully take out the soldered PCB board.
Inspection and Cleaning
