The 2CM, 4CM, and 6CM baffles are controlled by air cylinders for extension and retraction. Currently, an additional baffle with a distance of 8CM is required, which shall also be controlled by an air cylinder for extension and retraction.<br> It is necessary to modify the retractable baffles, add air cylinders and solenoid valves. The fixture is equipped with 4 omni-directional baffles (with distances of 20, 40, 100, and 150) and 4 ground probing baffles (with distances of 20, 40, 60, and 80).<br> The surface area of the baffle with a distance of 80 shall be widened by 20mm, and the overall height of the fixture is 250mm.
1.The calibration fixture box has a size of 27CM (side length) × 27CM (side length) × 110CM (length). A square wooden block of 4.5CM × 4.5CM is installed 100CM inside the box; the wooden block is fixed with two steel wires and can be moved and fixed along the wires. A movable door is installed on the side of the box (via an opening) to facilitate adjusting the position of the wooden block.<br> 2.The end of the box shall be closed, and a tray is installed at the front end of the box for placing the sweeper horizontally. The TOF lens at the front of the sweeper shall be aligned with the center of the small wooden block inside the box.<br> 3.Two thick thimbles are installed on the tray at the positions corresponding to the charging contacts under the sweeper. When the sweeper is placed on the tray, the thimbles can touch the charging contacts. Meanwhile, the thimbles shall not lift the sweeper up, and the sweeper must be kept horizontal. A DC socket is also installed on the tray.
It is equipped with a matching servo motor, a rotating platform (with a reduction ratio of 1:10), and a 48V switching power supply. Tile floors should be pasted onto the rotating disk in sequence, and consistent flatness must be ensured for the pasted tiles. In particular, the flatness of different tiles on each board must be guaranteed.
It is equipped with 5 arc-shaped baffles that can be lifted. The distances from the baffles to the omni-directional mirror surface are 20MM, 40MM, 100MM, 150MM, and 200MM respectively.
