Deli TR-518F Series ICT Fully Automatic Error-Proofing Machine:
On the production line, the TR-518F/ICT fully automatic mistake-proofing mounting system is connected to the TR-518F/ICT via signal cables. After undergoing ICT testing, the PCB boards being tested are placed onto the platform of the mistake-proofing machine. The mistake-proofing machine uses signals sent by the ICT to determine whether each PCB board under test is good or defective. It automatically directs the PASSED PCBs into the production line and isolates the FAIL PCBs into a reject zone. This effectively prevents human-induced quality issues and provides an automatic mistake-proofing function.
Performance: The fail-safe device can adjust the speed, angle, flip start delay time, return delay time, as well as the counter and counter reset function.
