Papua New Guinea Probing Blanket Detection and Calibration Fixture for M2 Complete Machine
.Install a large horizontal disc fixed to a servo motor. The fixture includes the servo motor, its controller (supports external signals for angle/speed adjustment), and power supply.
.Divide the disc into 20 equal parts (size marked in the schematic). At 3cm from the disc edge, each part is 6cm wide on both sides. Affix materials to each part: 1) white matte tile, 2) gray matte tile, 3) white glossy tile, 4) black glossy tile, 5) white wallpaper, 6) gray wallpaper, 7) black wallpaper, 8) striped wood flooring, 9) cement floor, 10) pure black short-pile carpet, 11) khaki short-pile carpet, 12) red short-pile carpet. We provide wallpaper/carpets; supplier provides others. All materials must be flush on the same horizontal plane.
.Fix a sweeper tray above the disc. Drill a large hole at the yellow circle (marked in the diagram) to let the ground detector (at this position) illuminate the disc below, aligning with the 3cm-from-edge position.
.After material installation, the distance between the disc surface and the sweeper's bottom shell is 10mm.
