1. BGA test fixture: Made with imported precision test probes and antistatic materials, it offers reliable contact, precise positioning, long service life, and a compact size.
2. PCB Test Fixture: The fixture has a compact design and takes up minimal space. The pin board can be designed as a detachable, modular unit for easy maintenance and wiring. It can also be custom-made according to customer requirements to ensure convenient operation.
3. Soldering furnace fixture: Made of aluminum alloy, synthetic stone, and fiberglass board, this fixture helps save post-soldering time, improve production efficiency, and reduce substrate deformation during the soldering process.
4. Pneumatic Thermal Press Equipment: The machine body is made of high-strength, high-hardness premium castings and has undergone thorough aging treatment to ensure long-term precision and accuracy of the main unit. It features pulse-type heating with stepwise temperature-setting options and precise temperature-sensing control, guaranteeing superior crimping quality. The equipment is equipped with a rotary feeding platform, a dual-button start switch, and an emergency stop protection device, which not only enhance production efficiency but also ensure operational safety. The 5.7-inch smart human-machine interface and programmable logic controller (PLC) system ensure stable and reliable operation. Two sets of high-definition camera alignment systems further ensure product quality. The equipment’s design incorporates a user-friendly tray layout, making production more convenient while reducing costs and saving space. This equipment is suitable for crimping various LCDs, zebra paper, and PCB assemblies; as well as TAB and TCP crimping and soldering connections between FPC, FFC, and PCBs.
