Papua New Guinea Soldering fixture for soldering irons
Category:
Product Description
A soldering fixture for wave soldering, also known as a wave-soldering fixture or dip-soldering fixture, is a specialized tool used to assist in the soldering process of electronic components during wave soldering or dip-soldering operations. Its primary function is to securely hold electronic components and PCB boards in place, preventing issues such as displacement or short circuits during soldering, thereby ensuring consistent and stable soldering quality.

II. Design and Manufacturing
Material Selection
We use high-quality materials such as synthetic stone, fiberglass boards, and aluminum alloys to manufacture soldering oven fixtures. These materials exhibit excellent resistance to high temperatures, mechanical strength, and chemical stability, enabling them to maintain their shape and integrity without releasing harmful substances even under prolonged exposure to high-temperature conditions, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of our products.
Structural Design
The fixture’s structural design fully takes into account the PCB layout, component distribution, and soldering furnace process parameters. By employing precise positioning holes and support pillars, the fixture ensures the PCB’s levelness and stability within the soldering furnace. The reasonably designed clearance slots and solder-flow channels not only guarantee sufficient contact between the solder liquid and the solder joints but also prevent excess solder from remaining, thereby improving soldering quality and efficiency.
Manufacturing process
By leveraging advanced CNC machining equipment and precision mold-making technology, we ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness of the fixtures. A rigorous quality-control process runs throughout the entire manufacturing procedure—from raw-material inspection to finished-product testing—every step is meticulously scrutinized to guarantee that the fixtures meet stringent quality standards.
III. Product Features
High-precision positioning
The soldering fixture for the soldering oven features a high-precision positioning system that accurately secures the PCB board in the predetermined position, ensuring that each solder joint makes sufficient contact with the molten solder. This enables precise soldering and significantly improves the product’s pass rate.
Good high-temperature resistance
The high-quality materials and specialized surface treatment process used ensure that the fixture can withstand temperatures as high as 280℃ without deforming or sustaining damage during prolonged soldering operations, thereby guaranteeing its longevity and stability.
Short-circuit protection design
The carefully designed standoff structure and solder-flow channel effectively prevent solder bridging between adjacent solder joints, reduce the occurrence of defective products, and enhance both production efficiency and product quality.
Easy to operate and maintain
The fixture features a simple structure and is easy to operate, enabling workers to quickly install and remove PCB boards. At the same time, it is easy to clean and maintain, which extends its service life and reduces operating costs.
IV. Application Fields
Soldering fixture tools are widely used in the manufacturing of various electronic products, such as computer motherboards, mobile phone circuit boards, automotive electronic control modules, and industrial control circuit boards. Whether it's a large-scale automated production line or small- to medium-sized manual soldering operations, soldering fixture tools play a crucial role, providing enterprises with high-quality and highly efficient soldering solutions.

V. Instructions for Use
Install the PCB board
Place the PCB board to be welded into the positioning groove of the fixture, ensuring that the PCB board fits snugly against the fixture’s locating pins. Then, secure the PCB board to the fixture using a clamping buckle or screws.
Place in the soldering furnace.
Gently place the fixture with the PCB board installed into the soldering furnace, ensuring that the PCB board maintains an appropriate angle and depth relative to the surface of the molten solder to guarantee that the solder joints are fully immersed in the solder.
Welding completed
After a certain period of soldering, remove the fixture from the solder bath. Once it has cooled down, disassemble the PCB board and inspect the soldering quality.
