It is a pneumatic jig, capable of press-fitting two types of product components. The lower mold is positioned using the motor's external shape and needs to withstand force at the motor shaft position. Manually pre-place the aluminum parts and plastic parts on the motor shaft, then the upper mold presses the plastic parts flat into the motor shaft. It uses an adjustable limit cylinder (equipped with grating protection).
It is a pneumatic jig capable of pressing 3 magnets simultaneously. The bottom mold is replaceable, and 2 bottom molds will be made (positioned by locating pins for quick replacement): one is used for pressing magnets onto the M3 face shell, and the other for pressing magnets onto the M3 decorative cover. Guide pillars are added at the magnet outlet, which align with the magnet-pressing positions on the product to ensure that the magnets can be accurately aligned and pressed into the product. Grating protection is equipped.
It is a pneumatic tooling. Place the product's bottom shell flat, pre-install the left and right wheels, and press the wheels into the bottom shell. The upper part of the tooling that presses the wheels must fit the wheels with its curved surface. Note: Do not scratch the product.
